Office Policies

Booking your appointment

When booking your appointment, all guests are required to keep a valid credit card on file.  Please carefully read all policies below.

 

Arriving Late

Please notify our office if you will be running late.  We will always try to accommodate each guest, but we are very respectful of the time of all our guests and staff. 

 

 

Cancellations
When canceling a reservation, we require at least 24 hours notice to be given prior to the booked appointment to guarantee that the guest will not be charged a fee.   If less than 24 hours prior notice is given, we will charge a $25 cancellation fee.

 

 

Rescheduling
When rescheduling a reservation, we require at least 24 hours notice to be given prior to the booked appointment to guarantee that the guest will not be charged a fee.   If less than 24 hours prior notice is given, we will charge a $25 reschedule fee.

 

 

No Call/No Show
A no call/no show is defined as a guest not showing up for their reservation, and not calling us to inform us that they would not be able to make it to the scheduled reservation time.  If less than 24 hours prior notice is given, we will charge a $25 no show/no call fee.

 

 

 

By booking a reservation over the phone, in person, or online, each guest agrees that they have read and fully understand all Office Policies named by

El Segundo Family Chiropractic.
